A typical package involves monthly team sessions and coaching for any team member or leader needing support with a business challenge. Any, or all of the following can be designed into your package:

Dedicated coaching time each month for individuals or small groups facing tough decisions, change, or role/interpersonal friction.

See these as Drop-in clarity sessions scheduled in advance or booked ad hoc.

Facilitated sessions to address difficult dynamics, team tension, missed expectations, or gaps in trust.

Can include pre-session interviews and post-session debriefs.
