              How does Ditch the Ex work?

This is a small group course for women who are ready to leave their ex behind and work on healing to build their future. Most divorce coaches only offer 1:1 packages so this is unique in that it provides you with a community of people going through something similar.

Everyone is going on the same journey even if their stories are slightly different. It means that you can all support one another because you understand each other that friends and family don’t.

In order for you to have success, you need to follow a structure that you apply to your situation. Ditch the ex provides just that. Everyone uses the structure with regular support through weekly calls and Q & A sessions.

In this section you not only look at systems and routines that can help you to manage your new life in a simpler way but you will also look at how to enjoy life now and be more present.


Living now

You will work on your mindset every week to make sure that you are telling yourself the correct positive things This one requires you to do some real inner work. It will help you to understand why you feel so stuck.


Looking forward

Throughout the course, you will keep coming back to this element as it is important to know where you need to keep your focus but to also acknowledge that your ideas can change

         What if I can’t make the live calls?

Each of the live calls will be recorded and then added to the facebook group so that you won’t miss any of the training. You’ll also be able to ask questions about the training underneath the recording and I’ll get back to you and answer your questions.

FAQ’s

What if I don’t have time to do everything?

One of the first things I show you is how to create some time for yourself. Each of the sections are also broken down intro small bite-sized sections so that you don’t need lots of time to implement them. You will also look at how you can slowly increase the amount of time you have available for yourself. Finally, you will have lifetime access to this and the LIVE trainings so you an choose when is good for you.

Are there lots of people on the course?

Places are limited to 5 people per group so you will only be in a small group for your Q and A sessions. The facebook group will however be available to anyone who has done the course and so you will have a bigger community to share with if you want to.

Limiting the group to 5 people means that you get more of my time to help you to move forward.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! I want to make this course as accessible as possible because I want you to be able to move on and be happy. If the payment plan doesn’t work for you, please contact me and we can work together to create a payment plan that is mutually agreeable.

What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing in front of others?

You don’t have to. If you want to ask your questions privately you can do and I will answer them as an anonymous question. The idea of the community is to help you to know that you are not alone but no one will be forced to share if they don’t feel comfortable.
