Yoga for Golf Series 

at Marlborough Country Club 2025

4 Sessions: Sundays, Feb 23-March 16, 9-10 am

Build strength, increase mobility, and improve your balance to enhance your golf game! Golf is a one sided sport that can leave your feeling physically uneven, where one side of your body is tighter than the other. The balanced movements of yoga help you develop strength and mobility on both sides so that you can continue to play golf for the long term.

Get more power from your swing, have better range of motion, and improve your mental focus during this 4 week series! These yoga classes are specifically tailored to the needs of golfers. Build core and whole body strength, increase range of motion in your back, hamstrings, hips, and shoulders, and improve your concentration. You will feel stronger, more at ease with your swing, and ready for the season to begin! This is the perfect off-season activity to get you game ready for Spring!

These classes are for all levels of experience, it doesn't matter whether you can touch your toes or not. 

Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and an open mind. 

All 4 weeks: $100, includes all classes, plus all class recordings (if you need to miss a week)
