About Brenton
I'm Brenton (your coach) and I've been working with people as a spiritual teacher, counselor, and coach since 2009. I'm a certified breathwork and meditation practitioner, who incorporates nearly two decades of study and work with metaphysical and magical practices in all the work I do. I've also spent my life amazed by- and immersed in the natural world, learning a fusion of ecotherapy and traditional, elemental wisdom/practices along the way. My unique, blended background of traditions and practices brings a powerful perspective to shadow work, spiritual growth, self development, and building relationship with the nonphysical. Working With Me
Sessions with me are like a combination of soul-coaching, yoga training, & shamanic apprenticeship. In our journey together, it's ultimately my intention to help you remember your wholeness & your power. We'll work together to develop the state, space, & practices that build the foundation for deeper work & inner exploration, based upon your innate energy. From there, we'll hone the esoteric approach most aligned with your needs & desires, so that you're empowered to continue your journey as you see fit. This will involve committed, personal work on your own time, that we then assimilate and process together (with practices that cultivate continued depth and insight). Whether we connect for one session or a hundred, I promise our time together will foster greater empowerment, awareness, and insight about yourself and your life.
(Note: Our sessions will be virtual, unless you live in NE TX or we make arrangements during my travels out of state.)

Full Coaching Pricing
I offer individual sessions, as well as multi-session packages at a discount. You can explore my full pricing below, including current special discounts and programs. (Please note: if there is a financial barrier to entry for working with me, please let me know and we'll talk.)
Individual sessions are $250 for approximately 1-hour virtual sessions (usually via zoom, unless in-person arrangements are made)
Seasonal coaching packages are $1200 and include six 1-hour sessions (@ $200/session)
This current special includes 5-sessions for $600 ($125/session).
