The World Is Asking Something of You.

This Work Helps You Answer.

For those who feel the state of the world in their bones, and are ready to stop managing that feeling and start letting it initiate them into something deeper.

This is not therapy. It is not wellness coaching. It is not another certification or program to complete.

This is a living apprenticeship with the elements as they move through your body, your life, and the world around you.

Through somatic practice, inner journeying, ritual, and more, you will develop a felt sense of these forces as a whole-life compass. A barometer for balance that lives in your body rather than your mind and is reflected in the world around you.

And when you are ready, the work goes deeper: into the inner planes, where the elements become gateways to dimensions of consciousness that offer the kind of insight and integration most people only glimpse through plant medicine or breathwork.

The Elements

The elements are not metaphors. They are living forces that move through the natural world, through your body, and through the inner planes of consciousness simultaneously. Learning to sense them is learning a new language. One your body already speaks.

Each element carries its own quality of intelligence, its own initiatory invitation:

EARTH

Manifestation & Stability

Earth is the element of presence — of what has taken form, what has been built, what holds. In times of dissolution, Earth teaches us how to remain rooted while everything shifts. This is the work of grounding not as escape from reality, but as deep capacity to meet our own inertia.

FIRE

Vitality & Creativity

Fire is the element of activation — the one that burns what is no longer true and illuminates what remains. It is also the seat of authentic creative power, the inner light that neither performing nor hiding can sustain. Fire asks for honesty, transformation, and tempered focus.

Water

Healing & Balance

Water allows, reflects, and finds its own balance. It is the element most intimate with grief — and grief, met fully, becomes flow. It's also the underlying, feminine energy of rest and conservation. Water asks us to feel without drowning, to soften without dissolving, to let what needs to flow, flow.

AIR

Inspiration & Clarity

Air initiates movement. Movement of thought, of direction, of new possibility. It is the inhale and the exhale, in the body, in life, and in the world around us. Air asks us to be light in times of heaviness, curious when we think we know the answers, and playful when things feel serious.

SPACE

Resonance & Synchronicity

Space is the element behind and beyond the others, and the one most easily forgotten. It is the stillness in which everything arises, the awareness that witnesses without grasping, and the resonance of intuition. To work with Space is to remember that beneath every role, every wound, and every story, there is spaciousness to accommodate all things.

What This Work Looks Like

This is 1-1 work: personal, unhurried, and tailored to where you actually are.

We begin with an orientation session, free of charge. This is not a sales call. It is a chance to sense the work, identify which element is calling you, and map a path forward together.

From there, we enter a natural container with either a season of six sessions or two seasons of twelve. Sessions are held every 2-3 weeks, giving the work time to settle into the body and be lived between meetings. Occasionally, around ritual or ceremony, we may draw closer together. But this is not a practice that requires weekly maintenance. It is a practice that asks for depth over frequency.

Each container opens and closes with ceremony a threshold in, and a threshold out. What happens in between will draw from the full range of this work: tattwa journeying, somatic and ecotherapy practices, breathwork, meditation, ritual, and inner plane exploration. The element you're working with will determine the path; the pace will honor the process.

This is slow work. Spacious work. The kind that asks you to grow like trees.

Pricing

A single session is $250.

A season of six sessions is $1,200 (or $200 per session).

Two seasons together (twelve sessions) is $2,100 ($175 per session).

If finances are a barrier, please reach out. A sliding scale and barter arrangements are available. This work should be accessible to those who are called to it.

About Brenton

Over the last decade, Brenton has sat with the elements in some of the most alive places in North America: Big Bend deserts, Redwood forests, Rocky Mountains, PNW waterfalls, Vermont meadows, and more. Not as a tourist, but as a student. These landscapes are where the connections he'd been tracing for years finally became embodied and undeniable: the elements in the natural world, the elements in the body, and the elements in consciousness are not three different things.

That synthesis is what he brings to this work.

His practice draws from nearly two decades of study across yogic, Tibetan, Taoist, Western magical, and Christian mystical traditions — held together not by doctrine but by direct experience and genuine curiosity. The tattwas are woven through his daily life, his contemplation, his ritual practice, and his work with others through fire circles, breathwork, and guided inner journeying.

He grew up in the hill country of south Texas (which is probably where the listening started, though he wouldn't have called it that then). Along the way he's been a bartender, a janitor, a radio dream interpreter, a minister, an author, and throughout all of it, a student of consciousness. He now splits time between the South and the PNW where he serves as a teacher, healer, and guide. He believes we grow like trees and at heart, what he most loves is helping people remember their wholeness.

The Threshold

If you've read this far and feel something stirring, and also feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure you have the bandwidth for something like this, that tension is worth honoring.

The world is a lot right now. The grief, the rage, the sense of injustice living in your body...that's not a sign that something is wrong with you. It's a sign that something is being asked of you.

This work won't add to your overwhelm. It will help you find your ground inside it and from that ground, begin to move differently in the world. This is how new ways of being are born. Slowly. Somatically. Together.

If something in your belly, your heart, or your sacrum is saying yes (even quietly or nervously) that's enough to begin.
