That is completely okay. This program is not about forcing forgiveness before you’re ready. It is about creating a safe, supported space for healing to unfold naturally at your own pace.
This program may support healing around resentment, grief, anger, relationship wounds, family dynamics, emotional heaviness, self-forgiveness, and patterns that feel difficult to release.
If you feel emotionally stuck, weighed down by the past, struggling to let go, or simply know there is healing your heart is asking for—this program was created for you. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. You simply need the willingness to show up for yourself and be open to the healing process.
