Day 2 – Breath & Dristhi for Steadiness

Practice a simple breathing exercise to calm the nervous system and stay in the present moment. Learn eye exercises to improve focus and spatial awareness. Simple, effective tools to support balance.

Day 3 – Build a Strong Foundation from the Feet Up

Focused exercises to increase foot awareness and strengthen the foundation. Finish with a standing balance pose supported by the tools cultivated, and confidence built, over your 3-day journey.

I am passionate about helping people who feel off-balance - unsteady on their feet and in their confidence - reconnect to a felt sense of stability and self-trust through supportive yoga practices and exercises.

My approach is gentle, grounding, and rooted in the belief that balance is something we cultivate over time, not something we force.

Why me?

I once struggled with physical and emotional balance and made a choice to make a dramatic change in lifestyle to overcome the imbalances in my life. I became a yoga teacher. I have taught, observed and helped many students who struggle with a sense of imbalance and a lack of self-confidence. I understand first-hand and I am here to help you.
