    TRE- (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a somatic stress regulation technique that releases deeply held patterns of tension & accumulated stress by literally shaking it off. Gentle stretches invite the body to naturally discharge stress, relax and restore nervous system wellbeing, and build inner resilience (bounce back ability). When the body overheats it sweats, when the body is overwhelmed, it shakes. TRE activates the body’s natural stress recovery system (resolve, discharge & restore), lessening and resolving Body Tension, Chronic Stress, C/PTSD and Trauma patterns & symptoms. TRE is not recommended for women who are pregnant.
