  • You have a never-ending to-do list and the mental load is so heavy that you cannot think clearly - you're often feeling forgetful and distracted

It's time to carve out some well deserved time for yourself!

In this series you will receive...

  • Video 1 - a sweet release for the neck and shoulders (where we tend to store a lot of our tension when we feel overwhelmed), work through built up tension to feel more relaxed in your body

  • Video 2 - a practice to open the chest and heart space, allowing you to breathe more deeply, lower the stress response and invite more peace and clarity into your life

  • Video 3 - a breathing (pranayama) practice designed to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to feel less overwhelmed as the heart rate slows down and you become more able to relax deeply

  • Video 4 - a meditation practice to calm the fluctuations of the mind, helping us to create more peace and clarity, here we can think more clearly, make better decisions and respond to chaos more effectively
