As a busy mum of two and a business owner I know what it's like to feel like you're on a hamster wheel, always busy and struggling to find time for yourself.
I truly believe in the power of yoga to transform and heal both physically and mentally, and to create a strong sense of community in a world where we can feel so lonely at times.
We should not be living our lives in a stressed, overwhelmed and burnt out state, and my mission is to help to ease these feelings, whilst shifting our mindsets into living a more peaceful and contented existence all through the practice of Yoga.
Video 1 - a sweet release for the neck and shoulders (where we tend to store a lot of our tension when we feel overwhelmed), work through built up tension to feel more relaxed in your body
Video 2 - a practice to open the chest and heart space, allowing you to breathe more deeply, lower the stress response and invite more peace and clarity into your life
Video 3 - a breathing (pranayama) practice designed to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to feel less overwhelmed as the heart rate slows down and you become more able to relax deeply
Video 4 - a meditation practice to calm the fluctuations of the mind, helping us to create more peace and clarity, here we can think more clearly, make better decisions and respond to chaos more effectively
