How are the sessions going to be delivered?
*The sessions are going to be delivered via Zoom calls. You don't have to open a Zoom account, you just have to click on a link.
How do the payments work?
*You have 2 options: you can pay in full ($234) OR you can choose to pay in 3 instalments of $60 per month. For South African residents, you can pay fees directly in our bank account, banking details are available on request. If you are residing outside of South Africa, you can pay via PayPal at the end of this document.
I'm afraid that I'm not very good at tech.
*Don't worry, except for the weekly Zoom calls, everything will be via simple documents and emails.
What happens if my child cannot attend a session?
*A pdf document as well as a maximum 15-minute recording will be sent to you with everything we did in the session.
What happens if I cancel a session?
*We have a 24-hours cancelation policy.
Can I cancel if I don't want my child to finish the course?
*The maximum requirement is 2 months. If you want to cancel you should give us a 30-day written notice to cancel classes.
