In Japanese, “Ki” (木) means tree, a symbol of strength, grounding, and growth. Just like the roots of a tree anchor it firmly in the earth, the therapies I offer are designed to help you reconnect with your inner strength and grow from within

The “no” (の) means “of the tree”, a reminder that the healing journey here is inspired by the wisdom of nature. Each therapy is rooted in the belief that, just like trees, we too can weather life’s challenges and continue to grow.

My Story

My journey into healing began long before I formally trained — it was rooted in sound, sensation, and intuition. As a flutist, I was introduced to Reiki by my flute professor, Halina Brzezińska, in Poland. Whenever headaches or period pains disrupted my ability to play, she would gently place her hands on me, and within the space of a one-hour lesson, the discomfort would lift. She would take the pain away, allowing me to continue with the lesson. I didn’t know it then, but that was my first encounter with energetic healing — and it left a lasting impression.

Even in those early years, I was drawn to the invisible world. While playing, singing, or composing, I would often see light, landscapes, or shifting environments in my mind’s eye — as though music itself was guiding me through subtle realms.

As a musician, I was also always deeply inspired by folk and contemporary classical music traditions, particularly the music of China and Japan Their approach to sound, melody, and rhythm resonated with me on a profound level, sparking a desire to explore these traditions further. This connection to Eastern music further opened my mind to the therapeutic power of sound and its connection to healing.

While studying Music Technology and Performance, I had the honor of being taught by one of the pioneers of deep listening, Pauline Oliveros. In 2009, I sat next to her as she led a Deep Listening workshop, an experience that deeply influenced my understanding of sound, space, and listening. Her work emphasized the importance of sound awareness and its potential for transformative experiences, laying the groundwork for my deeper exploration into sound therapy.

In 2011, I was fortunate to receive a bursary to study jazz and improvisation at Dartington International Summer School, where I had the privilege of being taught by Julie and Keith Tippett's. This experience deepened my understanding of music’s improvisational nature and its power to shift consciousness. It also set me on a path of exploring sound in new, creative ways, which then intertwined with further studies on chanting, voice therapy, and ultimately feeds into my practice today.

In 2016, I was honored to win the Steve Reid Innovation Award, which led to a mentorship with the renowned FourTet who compiled and mastered my debut release EP1. His unique approach to ambient and meditative music inspired me to dive deeper into sound therapy and its powerful effects on the mind and body. I began to explore topics like neuroscience, chakra system balancing, and Eastern philosophies across various cultures. This curiosity began to influence my music practice, transforming the way I experienced and created sound.

From 2018 to 2020, while studying for my Master’s degree in Jazz and Improvisation at the University of York, I researched and introduced young classical musicians to improvisation and sound therapy practices. The pandemic shifted my focus towards Zen practices and further experimentation in music, which evolved into compositions that resonated deeply on an emotional level. This period marked a significant turning point in my music career, leading to a signing with the prolific electronic music label Accidental and independent synchronisation for major TV series such as True Detective(HBO) and Goliath (Amazon).

In 2021, I pursued a BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at NCA, studying for three years. After relocating from York to Leicester, I transitioned into a diploma course in London that brings a modern, integrative approach to acupuncture. The program blends classical theory with innovations such as the NADA protocol, electro-acupuncture, and case-based clinical practice. I continue to evolve my work through ongoing CPD studies.

As my curiosity expanded, I discovered meditation, breath work, and Qi Gong, which naturally led me to learn more about Chinese medicine. This deepened understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit has continued to inform both my personal healing journey and my approach to therapy today.

I’m also highly trained in vibrational therapy, tuning fork healing, and Reiki, having studied with respected practitioners including John Tindall, Dr. Nelly Radwanowska, Lola Lhamo, Shaylini, and Irene Forsyth.

As a student member of the Acupuncture Association, and fully insured through Balens, I offer bespoke sessions that may include vocal work, tuning forks, crystal and Tibetan bowls, acupuncture, facial massage, Swedish massage, and intuitive bodywork. Each session is guided by presence and attunement to your unique needs — emotional, physical, and energetic.

I offer in-person treatments, remote sessions, and home visits for those who prefer healing in the comfort of their own space. Alongside my therapeutic work, I also create immersive sound experiences, and occasionally lecture, mentor, and collaborate across both artistic and holistic fields.

At the heart of it all is a desire to help people reconnect — with themselves, their bodies, their stillness — gently, profoundly, and in their own rhythm.
