Refund Policy

Anna's School is the educational side of Anna's Stuff, a business registered in Victoria, Australia. By enrolling in a course provided by Anna's School (the 'School'), you agree to pay the course fees (plus any applicable surcharges) using the payment method provided by the platform provider. Students are liable for the fees even if they do not complete the course.

Refund and Cancellations

It is the responsibility of the enrolling student to ensure the course is fit for purpose, however, the School may agree to refund student fees under the following circumstances:

1. The School withdraws the nominated course before the access period has expired.

2. The student completes the course and all tasks associated with it, and is dissatisfied with the information provided to the extent that it's unusable in their business.

3. The student completes an exit survey and provides detailed feedback about the course and their experience.
