Food Intolerance & Sensitivity Testing

Food Intolerance / Sensitivity tests your IgG reactions to known trigger food & drink sources. The results guide an elimination diet to allow your gut time to heal & boost your immune system.
Reducing inflammation is required to allow for true gut healing so you can restore your good gut bacteria (microbiome).
How does it work
Consultation
Attend your consultation in clinic or remotely (zoom). Your test will be performed in clinic at your appointment. If you are having a remote consultation your kit will be sent out to you to complete & you will need to return this by courier to the lab yourself.
An in-depth health assessment will be completed to gain a better understanding of your health.
Test
Your sample will be couried to the lab & results take approx 7-10 days to be returned. The test checks over 200 food & drinks for your reaction.
Results will then be reviewed alongside your health assessment & your plan will be developed.
Plan
Your Plan will be sent to you with all your recommendations for a 12 week period with booklets to guide you through. When your 12 weeks are complete, your booklet will guide you on how to re-introduce these foods - this is the most important step of an elimination diet & must be completed correctly to benefit from your test.
