End-of-Year Journaling Workshop
Take an evening for yourself before the Christmas rush begins
to breathe, release, reflect, and gently close the year with clarity and compassion.
The year flies by so fast, and sometimes we’re so caught up in this spinning world of wonder that we forget to stop and appreciate what is. Suddenly it’s Christmas and New Year, and with that comes a whole host of commitments — who needs gifts, what on earth to get them this year, who’s cooking what, the work do’s, the school events… the to-do list is never-ending. And if you’re like me, with kids born on the 2nd of January, you end up planning Christmas and birthdays at the same time. Making sure everything is ordered before Christmas because hardly anything gets delivered between the 25th and the 2nd… so goodbye to those Boxing Day sales I was counting on.
The point is: we live, and often we get lived by our commitments and the world around us and in all that rushing, we hardly pause to honour the year we’ve just had.
So before we tumble into December’s madness, this is your moment to come home to yourself, to catch your breath and reflect on the year that’s almost behind you.
This session is your chance to:
Slow down
Exhale the mental load.
Reconnect with yourself
Acknowledge what this year held
Reflect on your growth
Step into December grounded, not overwhelmed
It’s a warm, cosy space to check in with you before everything else takes over.
Join me on the 8th of December at 8 pm.
What You’ll Need:
A notebook or journal
A pen
A cosy drink or blanket
Your phone (optional)
A quiet moment just for you
