Hi, I'm Freena

My name, Freena is a blend of Freedom and Na (which means “myself” in Korean), embodying my journey toward self-discovery and authenticity. Yet, my birth name, 최지혜 (Che Jee-he), holds an even deeper beauty — its meaning, Highest Wisdom and Grace, reflects the essence of who I am.

As a Life Path 7—The Seeker—I have spent 12 years on a journey to discover my True Self. Along the way, I realized that my given name already reflects the essence of my soul. My mission is beautifully simple: to be myself. And to be myself means to open my heart and allow the highest wisdom and grace to flow through me.

To truly embody myself, I first had to free myself—from the illusions I once believed defined me but never truly did. I needed to release the weight of fear, guilt, and shame from my being. But to do so, I had to begin with acceptance—recognizing these emotions within me and embracing them with compassion and unconditional love. In this process, I became the greatest beneficiary, for I experienced God’s highest wisdom and grace in its purest form.

Now, may that same wisdom and grace flow through me to you—so that you, too, may free yourself and remember that God’s highest wisdom and grace have always been overflowing within you. ༻*ੈ✩‧₊˚

Healing session with Freena was truly powerful. During the eye gazing, everything dissolved into energy—I could see vibrations, and the whole space turned into a glowing bluish light. It was mesmerizing.

As we moved into meditation, I felt intense energy flowing differently than before—this time, it was coming down from the cosmos into my root chakra. I realized that softening my brow allowed the energy to integrate beyond my third eye, creating a deep sense of balance.

I also received profound messages and visions, including guidance about my relationship and a strong connection with a wolf, which I believe is my spirit animal. When Freena moved energy with her hands, I felt completely relaxed, filled with bliss, and divinely connected.
