I am a toddler sleep coach, author, and mom of two wildly curious little boys.

I graduated as a Certified Sleep Consultant from CPSM -Center for Pediatric Sleep Management in September 2023. I started working with families right away, but if I'm being honest it was a slow (but steady) road.

While working 1:1 with a family in 2024, I had an idea spark for a children's book and it was one that I couldn't shake. Soon, it took on a life of it's own and what I found was this: when I started focusing on what lit me up, energy flowed!

Writing didn't feel forced or stuck, it all just magically unfolded, as if the universe was nudging me along saying, "this is what you're meant to do!"
