We move at your pace, covering everything from how birth works to simple, practical tools you can actually use day-to-day. It’s relaxed, supportive, and shaped around your experiences, your worries and your birth wishes, especially if you’re wanting to do things differently this time.

Group Hypnobirthing Course
A relaxed and supportive course where you can learn, prepare and feel more confident alongside other mums and birth partners to be.
You’ll learn how your body is designed to give birth, along with simple techniques for breathing, relaxation and staying in control, all in a way that feels manageable and real.
The group setting brings a lovely sense of connection and reassurance, a reminder that you’re not doing this alone, and helps you leave feeling calmer, more prepared and ready for what’s ahead.

The Pregnancy Pause
These evening sessions are a calm, no-pressure space, just for YOU, to step away from the noise of everyday life and just breathe.
These sessions are all about helping you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself and your baby through gentle relaxation and guided breathing.
There’s nothing to learn or prepare, it’s simply time for you, in the middle of everything else going on.
Perfect if life feels full and you just need a moment to pause, reset and feel more present in your pregnancy.

Hey, I'm Tara
I’m a mum of two, and I really understand how full life can feel, especially during pregnancy.
Life doesn’t just slow down. You’re still juggling little ones, work, a home, and everything in between, and finding time to actually think about your birth can feel like just another thing on the list.
I remember feeling that pull myself, wanting a calm, positive birth experience, but also wondering when am I actually going to prepare for this? Because the days just fill up so quickly.
That’s why what I offer is designed to feel different. There’s no one “right” way to prepare for birth, and there’s definitely no one-size-fits-all approach, it’s about finding something that fits into your life, your energy, and what feels right for you.
Whether you want something more personal and in-depth, a supportive group space, or simply a moment to pause and breathe, there are different ways we can work together, gently, realistically, and without adding pressure.
After experiencing two calm and positive births myself, I felt such a strong pull to support other mums to feel that same sense of confidence and trust in their bodies — in a way that actually feels doable.
