5 Days Online Beginner Coaching

Day 1

• Important things to know, before starting with Burlesque.
  (etiquette, respect, avoiding problematic acts and costumes, the community,... )

• What is Burlesque.
  (people for people, kidding yourself, spread important messages, respect, all genders, all colours, all bodies, all ages,...)

Day 2

• Find your name.
  (find a name what fit's to you and represents who you are. Who are you, what do you like, favorite color, …)

• Find your syle.
  (What kind of music, outfit do you like. Dancer, singer? Additional skills? )

• Create an act.
  (Music, costume, message, what do I want to say with this act. Full choreographed act, part improving, full improving. )

Day 3

• Costume design.
  (Costuming tips / buy it and change it / sew it / how to make it easier, Accessories and headpieces, combination of elements / feathers / flowers/ for a quick good-looking head accessories, pasties head pieces)

Day 4

• Selfconfidence and stage presence.
  (how to gain more confidence, what makes a good stage presence, no go's on stage, …)

Day 5

• Be prepared to apply to shows and make you visible.
  (good material, applications, pictures, videos, where to put the videos, formulate texts / tag line, your CV,....)

• How to be visible
  (social Media, postings, pictures, go to festivals, talk to everyone, have your cards always with you)

• Q & A

-> After successful completion of the coaching, you will be issued a certificate.
