About the Author

I’m Svetlana (also Serena Grace), a somatic therapist and coach for Highly Sensitive People and empaths. I create safe, steady spaces where difficult experiences can be explored without fear — helping HSPs uncover meaning, inner power, and light within their shadows.

In my work, I bring together body awareness, emotional processing, and gentle shadow work, offering a compassionate space where people can release what they’ve been holding inside and meet themselves with more softness. A natural part of this process is helping sensitive souls recognize their inner values, intuitive gifts, and innate talents, so they can relate to themselves with more clarity and self-trust.

This workbook was born from years of accompanying sensitive clients and from my own healing journey. It offers a structured, creative, and compassionate way to explore the inner world at your own pace.

I work online and in person in Barcelona, and through UmanoLab I share resources, books, and sessions for those seeking presence, gentleness, and emotional clarity.
