No, this is 1-1 coaching. The group elements included are our community group chat, educational videos and any meet-ups. Your coaching is bespoke.
It’s down to your preferences. Some people prefer a diet plan to start off with. Others prefer to manage this themselves and receive support/guidance on how to hit their targets. We’ll discuss what’s best for you.
At some stages, we’d recommend it. But it isn’t the only way to get results. It depends on your relationship with food and how well you can manage your diet.
Absolutely, we’ve coached many complete beginners to go from lifting nothing to lifting more than their bodyweight for multiple reps. We welcome all levels and abilities.
Yes - we personally check and update your training programme every week. We’ll tell you if you need to do more reps, go up a weight, lower the weight to work on form…
We’ll review your training videos and give you direct feedback on what to improve - and leave notes on your programme that you can see during your sessions.
Further education will also be provided with our community content. You’ll never feel left in the dark!
