Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) is the largest progressive Jewish anti-Zionist organization in the world.
We’re organizing a grassroots, multiracial, cross-class, intergenerational movement of U.S. Jews into solidarity with Palestinian freedom struggle, guided by a vision of justice, equality, and dignity for all people.
In the Atlanta chapter of JVP, we prioritize working in coalition with other politically-aligned organizers to address the connections between liberation work for Palestine and our local communities while building and deepening a diasporic Jewish space in Atlanta.
We are working to end the private funding for Zionist organizations and individuals that fund Israeli apartheid through divestment and boycott campaigns. We are also fostering community through ritual, building deeper engagement through political education, and challenging harmful legislative policies.
We continuously revisit the needs of our local community to prioritize where we see movement is possible.
If you’ve been looking for a political home for Jews on the left in this perilous moment; if you’ve been wanting a Jewish community with justice at the center; if you’ve been looking to turn your rage and grief into meaningful, strategic action - then join us.
