Level Up Rx is a fitness program for busy individuals who to want to prioritize their health and go from feeling overwhelmed to happy, healthy and, confident!

Are you looking to take control of your health and become the fittest version of your self? Do you want to build strength and become confident in your own skin? Then come join a community and be inspired and motivated to make the necessary changes to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Workouts can be done from the comfort of your own home or in a gym, you will choose which track you follow based on your equipment availability. All workouts are designed to be completed in less than a hour or you complete as much as you can with the time you have. All fitness levels can participate and movement tutorials will be given with each workout. If you're a seasoned athlete and are looking for personalized programming, connect with me and we can discuss programming options. 

Once you are registered, you will gain access to our fitness app where you will see your programming, built in fitness timers, our community forum, fitness challenges and movement tutorials, tracking metrics to gauge your progress, and a private chat feature where you can message me if you have any extra questions.

Level Up Rx is billed MONTHLY, until cancelled. If you choose to cancel, please email me 2 weeks prior to your next billing date, so I can make necessary changes to your account.

Level Up Rx programming will help:

This program will have 5 workouts per week as well as 2 days of active recovery or rest. You fit in what you can or we can discuss a starting point based on your fitness goals. We will decide beforehand which track your follow based on equipment availability. We will focus on using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, and some household items such backpacks, stairs, bench and more. If you have a full gym setup or access to a gym and want to use this program, let me know! This program is for anyone from the occasional exerciser to a seasoned gym goer.
