At Mama Strong, our focus is on helping moms rebuild strength, boost energy, and find community. We keep it baby-friendly (no judgment for diaper changes or fussy moments), but the focus is all on you. Come as you are, meet other moms, and leave feeling stronger inside and out.

Meet Dr. Hilary Haller, PT, DPT

Hey there! I’m a mom of two who knows firsthand how hard it can be to make time for fitness while juggling life with little ones. That’s why I created this strength class - to give moms a chance to move, sweat, and feel strong, all while keeping baby close and connecting with other amazing moms. It’s fitness, friendship, and fun—wrapped up in one empowering workout!

Set within a fun, welcoming space where moms can lift, sweat, and connect—with baby right alongside. Blending comfort and quality, offering a cool, stroller-friendly environment, top-tier equipment, and a community that gets it.
