After I had my first child, I was a mess of fear... I was scared that I was going to hurt my child like I had been hurt. My fight or flight response was triggered BAD, my emotions were all over the place and I was scared to say anything.

Holy moly! Mamahood unleashed a part of me that I didn't know. I was triggered at the drop of a hat by any situation which caused the tiniest amount of stress. It didn't take me long to notice that my mood was mirrored back to me by my little ones-- and I didn't like what I was seeing.
