Why I want to serve as a District leader?
I enjoy communicating, leading, and coaching others, and I see the District leader role as an opportunity to share my experience while enabling others to grow, gain confidence, and achieve their goals. With my professional background in organizational development and strategic planning, I am able to support leaders not only operationally, but also by helping them think long-term, work effectively as teams, and navigate challenges with clarity and empathy.
MY VISION
We are at a unique moment, a new chapter begins as we build District 231 together. This is more than a structural change. It is an opportunity to shape the kind of district we truly want to be part of.
