Me in the Mix Coffee & Chat
A Free Monthly Zoom for Mums of Neurodivergent Kids to Reconnect With Who They Are
What is Me in the Mix?
A space to remember who the hell YOU are...not the EHCP-fighting, survival-mode version.
The version of you who had dreams, interests and passions before Neurodivergent parenting took over.
The one who still exists under the exhaustion, rage, and responsibility.
It’s a FREE Zoom call for mums who’ve been so deep in the chaos they've forgotten who they are.
This is where you get to be her again.
Or start figuring out who she is now.

Why this space matters
Being a mum to a neurodivergent child is incredible,
but let’s be honest:
👉 It’s exhausting
👉 It can feel isolating
👉 It’s overwhelming to carry so much alone
That's why Me in the Mix exists.
This is about empowerment.
It's about having a space for YOU, no fighting, no advocating, no forms.
Just a pure honest space for you
👉 to share,
👉 to breathe,
👉 and to remember the things that light you up!
Because constantly being the “strong one” is exhausting.
This is a place to put your heaviness down for a while, and to reconnect with the part of you
that has been missing for far too long.
There is no expectation here. If you don't feel like talking, that's okay.
Just showing up for yourself is enough.
So, come as you are.

Let's talk about the pile of books beside your bed...
You know the ones you started and never finished. Come and share your love of books, authors, favourite quotes and stories that have made you laugh or cry.

Let's talk about the music that makes you happy...
Are you a 70s, 80s, or 90s kind of girl. Vinyl or download. Rock or pop. Reminisce with us about your first concert or guilty pleasure, or the album that changed your life.

Let's talk about trash TV and zoning out...
What's on your watchlist? What are you halfway through? What do you miss watching, watch on repeat or zone out to? What would you recommend or avoid?

“I just want an hour where no one needs anything from me.”
— Literally every mum I work with
This is your space to take off the “mum hat”
We’re not here to talk about parenting, school systems, therapy, or diagnosis.
We’re here to talk about YOU!
The you who used to get lost in a book.
The you who danced in the kitchen to your favourite song.
The you who had hobbies, opinions, and dreams beyond the next appointment.
This is a space to reconnect with her.
Each month, we’ll gather on Zoom for an hour of relaxed conversation.
Think a digital coffee date with women like you, who are ready to remember who they are. We’ll share stories and reflections about:
📚 Books that shaped us
🎶 Music that moves us
🍰 Food that comforts us
📺 TV shows that made us feel
🧘♀️ Moments that remind us we’re still here
When you’re parenting a Neurodivergent child, you often lose yourself in the noise.
This space is a quiet rebellion. A chance to take up space, speak your mind, and nourish your soul.
You don’t have to give yourself away to be a good mum.
In fact, the more connected you are to who you are, the more you can show up with clarity and strength, for yourself and for them.

One Hour. All You.
No Apologies.
Sign up now and join us when you're ready. No pressure. No expectation. Just pop in your email and you will be added to our mailing list.
Hey, I'm Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle, an EFT practitioner and coach, supporting mums of Neurodivergent children to put themselves back in the picture.
I’m a mum to an amazing Autistic teen… but I’m also so much more.
I love getting lost in a good book, cranking up the music, being a bit daft, and spending time with my gorgeous puppy.
And I know I’m not the only one who sometimes feels like parts of themselves has gone missing in the whirlwind of motherhood.
That’s why I created Me in the Mix, because I want to know who YOU are, too.
Not just the mum who’s holding it all together, but the woman with passions, quirks, and dreams all her own.
This is your invitation to reconnect with those parts of yourself, in a space where it’s all about you.
Please come and join us
