📍 Sessions take place at the Yoga Sanctuary on Sundays from 1-4 pm, every other week.
Nov 17: Tackle anxiety and overwhelm in chaotic times with the Breakthrough Breathwork Experience.
Dec 1: Release imposter syndrome, comparison, and jealousy, and embrace authenticity through the Flow Breathwork Experience.
Dec 15: Build resilience for life’s changes with Breathwork and Future Self alignment.
Dec 29: Year-end Integration session with surprises to help wrap up the journey and celebrate growth.

Who are passionate about empowering you to find clarity, self-compassion and authenticity!
Nichole Webb
Being a Cancer-rising, sensitive person, and deeply attuned to the emotional landscape of herself and others, led Nichole to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She has a private practice, LiveWell Counseling & Wellness, where she provides psychotherapy, including EMDR, and her scope of practice specializes in guiding others beyond talk therapy to forge lasting shifts.
She has studied yoga for mental health for the past decade and is a certified yoga teacher. She utilizes a somatic, trauma-based, mindful approach to anxiety and depression. She brings to this workshop her 22 years of experience as a therapist, listening and being attuned to, as well as, facilitating the processing of emotions.
Jenn Brooks
I’m Jenn Brooks and I’m an experienced yoga practitioner and educator on a quest to build a more loving and peace-driven world. I believe this starts at the grassroots level in community and by cultivating belonging.
As Pisces-rising and Gemini-moon and Sag-sun, I embrace the larger cycles of intelligence and weave those in with my unique offerings.
Breathwork mixed with self-compassion and kindness, being seen and regulating the nervous system through a variety of modalities, has been a catalyst for profound change for those who step into the practice.
I'm committed to helping more people touch this magic of self healing themselves.
