While many of the people I work with are women navigating identity transitions, this work is not gender-bound.
It’s about nervous system capacity at pivotal moments.

My work is not about fixing you.
It’s about building the capacity to cross that threshold without abandoning yourself.

How I Work

My approach blends somatic breathwork, nervous system regulation and embodied relational work.

It is not intensity-driven.
It is not cathartic for the sake of it.

We build trust first.
Then safety.
Then depth.

We work with:

• Relational loops

Nothing is forced.

1) Private Conversation — 20 Minutes
FREE

A short call to understand what’s happening and determine whether a Threshold Intensive or a longer container is appropriate.

This is not coaching.
It’s a clarity step.

A space to pause.
To articulate what feels misaligned.
To assess what level of support is needed.

If we work together, we’ll know clearly by the end of this conversation.

2) Private Threshold Breathwork Session — 90 Minutes

$297 (incl. GST)

A focused 1:1 breathwork and mentoring session designed to stabilise and clarify what’s happening beneath the surface.

Structure:
• Grounded pre-session conversation
• 35–40 minutes conscious connected breathwork
• Integration + clarity mapping

This session is complete in itself.

For:
• Identity transitions
• Emotional overwhelm
• A decision that requires clarity
• A moment where something no longer fits
• A reset when you feel off-centre

We work precisely.
We regulate the nervous system.
We restore internal steadiness.

If deeper work is required, we’ll know.


3) 6-Month Arc

Minimum 3-Month Commitment
$880 per month

Fortnightly 1.5–2 hour private sessions.

This is sustained, structured depth.

Over time, we:
• Stabilise your nervous system
• Interrupt long-standing protective patterns
• Increase emotional capacity
• Reorganise identity-level behaviours
• Restore embodied self-trust

The first phase establishes regulation and clarity.
The second phase consolidates and integrates change.

At month three, we review.

Some complete their work there.
Others continue through the full arc.

This is not open-ended therapy.
It is contained, developmental work.
