Before Arrival: Meet the guests, online Zoom get together. This is where we get to meet each other before the retreat so you don’t feel like complete strangers. We will break the ice and give a little introduction to each other, and it's your chance to ask any questions you have before arrival. 

Meet and Greet: I will personally meet you at the airport and drop you back, so you don’t have to worry about getting to us. 

Nutrition-based Interactive Gut Health Workshop: You will learn the basics of why and how intermittent fasting can help our body heal, we will be following a 14:10 plan. You will also learn about the different food groups and certain foods that are great for our gut health and hormonal balance. We will have an aloe vera drinking gel tasting and a hands on fermenting demonstration with a workbook for you to follow and do your own fermenting when you get home. We will make kefir water and kombucha to drink too. 



Cooking with traditional indian Spice to help your symptoms: Learn from the lovely Shiba, who will give us an amazing cooking lesson using traditional indian spices such as turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, cumin, cinnamon, fennel, ashwagandha. We will prepare, cook and then eat the delicious food. 

 

Sprouting Interactive Workshop with Juicing: You’ll meet and get support from top expert Ania with how sprouting can be a game-changer for your health. You will learn how to easily grow sprouts in the corner of your kitchen, their nutrient-rich properties, and which sprouts are great for helping to balance your hormones. We will prep and put together a delicious meal and she will also teach you how to juice them to either add nutrients to your day or to use the juice to fast and detox.

Spiritual Belly Dancing: Ania is also a skilled spiritual belly dancer. Together, we'll immerse ourselves in the joy of movement, experiencing the unique blend of physical activity and spiritual connection that belly dancing offers. Get ready to have fun, tone your body, and forge unforgettable connections in a way that will leave a lasting impact.

Yoga, pranayama breathwork & Meditation Sessions: Greet the day with gentle yoga sessions led by my wonderful co-host Natalie. Don’t fret if you're new to yoga; Natalie specialises in guiding all levels, including beginners. She'll introduce you to foundational techniques designed not only to build strength but also to enhance flexibility and promote a sense of groundedness. Additionally, Natalie will guide us through a meditation session, (previous meditation experience isn't necessary). She'll explain how meditation can offer a peaceful respite and promote emotional well-being. You'll leave her sessions feeling rejuvenated and empowered, with valuable tools to continue your practice at home.

Natalie will also lead us through rejuvenating breathing exercises, demonstrating how to integrate breathwork into our daily routines to alleviate stress and anxiety. Her guidance will empower us with practical techniques for finding inner calm and balance, enhancing our overall well-being.

Indulgent Massage: You will experience an hour of pure relaxation with our talented massage therapist, Fran. Whether you opt for a full-body massage or focus on your back, neck, and shoulders, Fran's expertise ensures you'll experience the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. From easing muscle tension to promoting circulation and relieving stress, each massage session offers a myriad of benefits. This rejuvenating experience leaves you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and ready to take on the day.

 Traditional Reflexology: Step into the soothing world of traditional reflexology with our expert Co Host Carole, where expert pressure applied to key points on your feet stimulates healing and restores balance throughout your entire body. This deeply therapeutic practice can help relieve stress, improve circulation, and support your body's natural ability to heal itself. Experience pure relaxation as your mind and body rebalance, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed from head to toe. 

             

 Facial Reflexology: Imagine the soothing touch of gentle pressure points on your face, releasing tension and restoring balance throughout your entire body. Our lovely Carole will perform Facial reflexology, which will not only leave your skin glowing but also promotes deep relaxation, improved circulation, and helps to alleviate symptoms of stress and hormonal imbalance. It's a calming, rejuvenating experience that connects mind and body—giving you the reset you didn't know you needed. You will also learn how to perform facial reflexology on yourself, empowering you to continue this rejuvenating practise at home, whenever you need a moment of rejuvenation and balance.

Peaceful Walks & Beautiful Countryside: Take a walk (or run) if that’s what you want to do, in the beautiful Andalusian countryside. You can join us for a special excursion to the only organic spirulina farm in the whole of Andalusia and only 1 of 3 in the whole of Spain. The only money you need is if you want to purchase some spirulina to take home with you. I provide it on the retreat to add to our smoothies and salads.

FAQ's

Will I have to share a room?

No, not if you don't want to, or you can bring a friend to share and you are sorted. Or you pay extra and secure a room alone.  If you decide to share with a stranger, I promise you will be good friends  in a short space of time. There is plenty of space around to get some alone time if that's what you need. 

What do I need to bring with me?

Your skincare gift from me, your swimsuit if you plan to use the pool, loose-fitting clothes. Hand luggage is enough. You only need some euros if you plan to purchase some spirulina.

Which airport do we travel to?

Malaga airport.

How long is the drive from the airport to the retreat?

Around 40 minutes.
