Hi, I'm Tonya...

a retired teacher who has dedicated my life to guiding and supporting others, both in the classroom and now through yoga. I've practiced yoga and mindful meditation for over 25 years and became a certified yoga teacher in 2017. I specialize in Somatic, Hatha, and Grief Yoga, and am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where students can breathe, move, and find comfort and strength on their own journey. Outside of teaching, I love spending time with my family, especially my two grandsons, and sharing joy through painting cards and rocks.
