I'm a Nutritional Therapist and I help busy and stressed out mums to rediscover their energy, vitality and confidence through simple and sustainable diet and lifestyle changes so they can feel amazing and thrive not survive!
I work with you to create a bespoke plan centred on your health goals. I don't work with restrictive diets, my plans are focused on what you 'can' rather than what you 'can't' eat, leaving you healthy, happy and in charge of your own health.
I also help parents optimise their children's nutrition and support children with digestive issues, behaviour and fussy eating.
