As a passionate community builder and a familiar face at Pick Em Up Joe, Allie is our master of connection. She believes that the best businesses are built on a foundation of genuine relationships and shared stories, which is why she is spearheading our community-first launch. Her mission is to weave Froth & Fable into the fabric of Grove City, creating a space where every mom feels seen and supported. Allie is the CEO and visionary behind Froth & Fable, an English teacher whose passion for shaping young minds now fuels her mission to create a true community haven. She bonded with Whitney and Casey over a deep love for magical stories, and is the driving force behind the brand’s 'why'—building a sanctuary where every family can find their own magical chapter.

Casey Hess

Casey believes that a great coffee can be a small, magical moment in a busy mom's day, and her passion is creating a warm, welcoming café that feels like a true sanctuary. Casey's focus is on ensuring every drink we serve is a hug in a mug. Casey blends her heart for teaching with her expertise as a Starbucks barista to create the daily magic of our 'froth'. Bonding with Allie and Whitney over a love for fantastical tales, she understands that a warm welcome and a perfect cup of coffee are the first ingredients in any great story. Casey leads our café operations with a single focus: ensuring every visit feels like a comforting hug in a mug and a sprinkle of everyday enchantment.

Whitney Probst

Whitney is the curator of our sanctuary's soul, with a passion for creating beautiful, calming spaces. Her focus is on designing an enchanting environment that inspires tranquility and wonder, ensuring every visit to Froth & Fable feels like a true escape. Whitney is an English teacher who believes that the most important lessons are often found in moments of wonder. Her lifelong friendship with Allie and Casey was forged through a shared love of enchanting fables, which she now brings to life as the curator of our sanctuary's soul. From the lush greenery of our future plant section to the hand-picked treasures, Whitney is dedicated to designing an atmosphere that feels like stepping into a storybook.
