Phil Covone has worn multiple hats throughout his life, all driven by his desire to make a positive impact. He is a devoted family man, a former police officer/detective, and a former pastor/planter of a Hispanic church in Georgia. Phil's commitment to justice and his deep-rooted faith led him to transition into pastoral ministry, where he passionately served and guided the Hispanic community.
Recognizing the global need for Jesus Christ, Phil became a missionary to central Mexico. He dedicated himself to planting house churches and bringing the hope of the Gospel to the communities he encountered. Phil's compassionate and culturally sensitive approach allowed him to connect with the people on a deeper level, making a lasting impact in their lives.
Additionally, Phil's passion for personal growth and development led him to become a Professional Christian Leadership Coach. Drawing from his vast life experiences, he empowers individuals to overcome obstacles, discover their purpose, achieve fulfillment, and to lead others well.
