Combining a fun workout (promise you'll survive) with practical mindset activities exploring what's holding you back, how you're spending your time and the impacts of stress.
To top it all off you will most certainly be leaving with some new friends, a clearer mind and a fabulous goodie bag filled with the very best.

OUR STORY
We (Mills and Zo) first met at the gym on Valentine's Day last year... can you believe!!
After many yaps over coffee, we realised we had very similar beliefs surrounding the importance of mindset and decided we wanted to create something that went beyond 'personal development'.
Our goal is to create real, fun and at times chaotic experiences that encourage you to embrace the process of becoming whoever it is you CHOOSE to be.
These events are designed to challenge women, foster deep connection and provide the tools to build strength physically, mentally and emotionally.
WHAT'S THE PLAN?!
Four activities, each built around what we believe are the foundations of a thriving life: understanding your values, overcoming limiting beliefs, managing stress and fostering community - along with an inclusive workout, breathwork and exciting partnership features.

Activity 1
Vision + Values
How many times have you already said "2025 is the year of (insert thing you want to achieve)?"
When you're not clear on your values, your priorities may not align.
Let's fix that.
Activity 2
Beliefs + Barriers
You know what you want but something's holding you back?
Let's look at that inner voice - an overconfident fortune teller with amnesia!
It's guessing what will happen if you do 'x' - trying to keep you safe but ultimately holding you back.
Activity 3
Stress + Coping
The fact is, life's stressful but that's not always a bad thing.
We're going to explore the relationship between exercise and stress, arming you with tools to regulate your nervous system.
Activity 4
Community + Connection
I don't know about you but making friends as an adult is not easy?!
The power of community and environment is often overlooked. When you put yourself in the right spaces with aligned people, growth is guaranteed.

Energising Workout
Designed to challenge you both physically and mentally, while intentionally activating the stress response to prepare you for the following activity focused on stress and the NS.
Samples & Education from Switch Nutrition
Gain expert guidance from Switch Nutrition on how their adrenal supplement can assist with nervous system regulation.
Calming Breathwork Session
This practice is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation. Our goal is for everyone to experience firsthand the profound impact breathwork can have on resetting both the mind and body.
The Main Event
We know everyone really comes for the snacks... We’ve partnered with The Fruit Shop Burleigh to provide a delicious brunch board, including fresh fruit and “make your own” yogurt granola bowls for all attendees.

Yes 100%!! You can go at your own pace + the workout only takes up a small portion of the event so don't let that scare you off, you've got this!!
We're going to try our best to cater for everyone. There will be plenty of fruit, hopefully everyone can enjoy that!
