All new church members who were baptized last Sabbath are invited to join our New Members’ luncheon today, May 2nd. The New Members’ luncheon will be held immediately following the Worship Experience today at 4215 Gannon Lane (Southern Area Behavioral Healthcare facility). This is a great opportunity to fellowship with other new members, connect with TDP ministry leaders, and learn more about ministry opportunities as you begin your new journey with “The Dallas Project” Church Family. We’re less than two months away from our 2026 Southwest Region Conference Camp Meeting which will take place June 10-13 at Lone Star Camp in Athens, TX! The theme for this year’s encampment is, “Rooted, Revived, and Reaching!” We want to be rooted in God’s Word, revived by God’s Spirit, and reach God’s people by sharing God’s love! Our guest speakers will include Pastor Roger Bernard, Pastor Chandra Nunes, Dr. Paul Graham, and Dr. Noah Washington. Our special musical guests will be John P. Kee and the New Life Community Choir, Stephen Manders and Decree, Gale Jones Murphy, Myron Butler, and the Southwest Region Conference Mass Choir. Our 2026 Southwest Region Conference Summer Camp will be held at Lone Star Camp in Athens, TX from June 14-21. Attendees will participate in a variety of activities including horseback riding, aquatics, splash pad, canoeing, rock-climbing wall exercises, interactive outdoor activities, and inspiring spiritual and worship experiences. Parents are invited to enroll their youth campers from ages 7 to 15. Registration is open and the registration fee through May 16 is $299. After May 16, the registration fee is $349. Mid-Week Worship will be held this Wednesday, May 6th. TDP Mass Choir Rehearsal takes place each Friday evening at 7:00 pm. The next regularly scheduled choir rehearsal will be held Friday, May 8th. All church members and community residents are invited to be a part of the choir.

Student sponsors are needed to contribute $100.00 monthly to provide Christian Education for students facing financial challenges at Southwest Christian Academy. If you would like to sponsor a child monthly or make a monetary contribution to support a student in need, please contact Dr. Violet Dean. A support group is being formed to provide special assistance to parents and children with Special Needs during our Worship Experiences and other church events. Every 1st and 3rd Sabbaths of the month, we have Children’s Church here at “The Dallas Project” for children ages three to ten in the Music Room.
