Rage on Purpose
Learn how to use anger to take clear, satisfying action in your life.
To use your rage on purpose, towards your purpose.
Because you’ve got one life in this meatsuit and you wanna f*cking live it.
Which is why…
You’ve done the therapy.
You understand your patterns.
You’re deep in the work.
And yet…
You still avoid difficult conversations.
You spend hours (days? weeks?) overthinking what you should have said.
You feel that ick in your body—when your boss talks over you, when your partner doesn’t do the dishes, when you’re at a conference staring at a panel of five cis-het white dudes.
But you still shut the feeling down.
Later. It’s not the right time. When they’re in a better mood.
Or maybe the thought of actually saying something creates a whole other full-body sensation: fear, wanting to throw up, eject eject eject. Freeze. Oh f*ck no.
Of course that's your reaction.
It's what we, as women, have been very well-trained to do.
Not to be angry.
Because anger is not for us.
It's unladylike.
It makes us a bitch.
Oh, and the research shows that women who are angry… it impacts them negatively. (More on that later.)
It's time to change that.
It’s time for us to feel, express, integrate, and harness our anger to get more satisfied in our lives, deepen our relationships, create change in our communities, and impact this world for the better.
The world needs our anger.
Rage on Purpose exists to help women remember that.
This program is for women who are done being so damn nice and are ready to try something different.
You might recognize yourself here:
You identify as a people-pleaser and feel exhausted by it
You avoid conflict even when something feels unfair
You've done therapy or personal development, but still feel stuck in the same reactions
You know anger is there, but you either suppress it or it comes out in ways that don't feel aligned.
You've got body stuff---a dull ache in your left shoulder blade, IBS, migraines, your shoulders are earrings and your hips as tight as a baby's grip

You've got so much awareness...
But you need practice.
Practice saying what you want.
Stating your needs.
Saying no.
Listening to the signals your body gives you when a boundary has been crossed.
Saying something when that happens.
Standing up for yourself.
Soothing yourself.
Validating yourself.
This program is designed to give you that practice.
So that you speak honestly, handle conflict in the moment, and take action aligned with what you actually want.

Imagine...
Standing up in a room full of 100 people to disagree with the man who just spoke—because you felt the rage rise from your toes and instead of stopping it, you listened to it—and your words flowed out, imperfect but grounded. And then dozens of people stopped you to thank you afterwards because they were all thinking what you had the courage to say.
Being in a deeper relationship with your partner because your anger no longer explodes all over them—instead, you use it to tell them what you want and don’t want and share your inner world as it’s happening, so they know and see you more accurately.
Telling your gaslighting mom that you will not let her talk to you that way. And mean it. Because you’re so grounded in yourself, so steadfast in who you are, you are ungaslightable.
It's all possible.
I know because I've experienced it.
And oh, by the way, you’re not going to get this all perfected in 12 weeks.
(Perfect is boring anyway.)
What you’ll get is the playbook.
Your own individualized ‘Get me F*cking Satisfied’ Playbook— a system for recognizing your anger, understanding what it’s signaling, and using it to take clear, satisfying action in daily life.
A playbook that you can turn to over and over again to keep reminding yourself to get in there, get messy, be imperfect, do something differently, play, engage, follow what your anger is telling you.
And maybe, MAYBE one day, you’ll actually even find joy and satisfaction in the anger itself.
Why anger matters more than you’ve been told
Most women are taught to suppress anger.
Research shows that suppression comes with real physiological costs.
Studies from Yale, Duke, and Harvard researchers have linked chronic anger suppression to:
• increased risk of depression and anxiety
• higher blood pressure and cardiovascular risk
• dysregulated stress hormones
• menstrual and reproductive health disruptions
• chronic fatigue and autoimmune conditions
Women experience autoimmune disease three times more often than men.
And chronic fatigue four times more often.
Yet, constructively expressed anger is one of the clearest signals the body has for:
• boundaries
• agency
• values
• desire
• action
When anger has a place to go, it becomes direction.

Anger itself isn't the problem.
Suppressing it is.

Rage on Purpose is not a lecture series.
It is a lab.
A place where you practice using anger differently, while real life is happening.
Over 12 sessions, you’ll experiment with new ways of responding to situations that normally trigger old reactions.
You’ll get into your body to start the rewiring process from there.
You will bring real scenarios from your life.
You’ll try things.
You’ll get feedback.
You’ll role-play difficult conversations.
You’ll test new responses.
You’ll take risks in your life and celebrate them with others taking big risks too.
You’ll see what actually changes.
What you will learn to do
By the end of the program, you’ll:
notice anger in the body sooner instead of after the fact
interrupt people-pleasing in real time
express needs without over-explaining or apologizing
recover faster after conflict
take action on things previously procrastinated or avoided
handle difficult conversations with more clarity and less dread
You will leave with your own:

Who leads the program?
Me! Hi, I’m Krissie, RAGEher founder, Rage Doula, experience-creator, dog mom to quirky greyhound Sherman, lover of dance, woman on a decade-long journey of turning myself completely inside out and upside down.
My anger journey started in grad school (the Master’s in Transformational Leadership one; not the MBA from Northwestern one), when my professor told me I hadn’t integrated my anger.
Integrated whaaaa?
I had no idea what that meant at the time. Now, five years, a Master’s and four additional years of weekly group training later, I do. And I realized how many women have no idea how anger affects their lives.
Despite dressing like a walking rainbow and being a joyful person, reactive anger was pulling the strings behind the scenes.
This training is built on what I’ve learned over 20,000 hours of practice, 1,000 pages of papers, and dozens of trainings.
It integrates developmental psychology, humanistic and Adlerian psychology, existential philosophy, neuroscience and emotional intelligence research, somatic and body-based practices, educational design and experiential learning, all topped with a sprinkle of Krissie flare.

If you’re considering this program…
You’re a badass boss lady who wants to make a difference in the world. You KNOW you have gifts to share, but there’s something stopping you from being your full-out whackadoodle, beautiful, bold, bitchy self. There’s gunk, stuckness, beliefs blocking you from your purpose. And… you’re starting to get that anger has a role to play in all of this.
You want to stop:
• swallowing things that matter
• overthinking what you should say
• avoiding conflict
• staying stuck in the same relational dynamics
And start living with more clarity and satisfaction.
That’s the work we’ll do here.
We hope you'll join us.
And, if the dates/times for this one don't work out, but you want first dibs when the next cohort launches, share your deets here:
