If we haven’t met before, I’m Claire Gurney, I'm a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor based in Norwich, UK.

  • I became interested in Pilates in 2014 after trying a class myself and really enjoying the practice.

  • I specialise in musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapy, helping people to overcome muscle and joint pain, as well as helping women with pain during pregnancy, the postnatal period and the menopause.

  • I am also a trained massage therapist and medical acupuncturist.
