I absolutely loved this book. It felt like reading advice from a kind friend rather than orders, rigid rules or something that makes me feel guilty about what I'm doing right now. It's a book that makes you feel cosy, and the notes at the end of each recipe made the recipes seem even more tempting - I'm definitely going to try them out, as they seem like such comfort food while being very nourishing. The bonus science section is a brilliant idea, and perfect for those who want to dive in a little deeper. I leant so much from this book, and it's beautifully done, clear and lovely to read.
