Meet Coach Pat
Coach Patrick Guillory brings elite competitive experience and holistic wellness wisdom to adult swimmers seeking transformation in the water. A 12-time high school record holder and All-American athlete, Patrick earned a Division 1 scholarship to the University of Denver, where he shattered four collegiate records and was twice recognized as Strength and Conditioning Most Improved. His training alongside Olympic champions Missy Franklin, Bailey Andison, and Lennart Stekelenburg shaped his understanding of what separates good swimmers from great ones.
Patrick demonstrated that elite swimming translates to triathlon excellence, winning first place in his age group at his debut sprint triathlon and qualifying for the 2025 USA Sprint Triathlon National Championships. Now a USA Certified Swim Coach with 15 years of teaching experience, Patrick has evolved beyond pure performance to embrace swimming as a practice of mind-body integration. His unique approach combines technical precision honed at the highest levels with 10 years of meditation practice, five years as a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), and study of Qigong under Grandmaster Mantak Chia.
This rare blend of elite athletic achievement and contemplative practice allows Patrick to guide ambitious adults not just toward swimming excellence, but toward the deeper wisdom that water teaches—patience, breath, and the art of moving efficiently through resistance both in the pool and in life.
