Hi, I’m Eris – a sailor, yoga teacher, and full-time traveler.
A few years ago, I was stuck in a toxic routine that sucked the energy out of me and had me second-guessing every choice I made.
Sound familiar?
I was stressed, sleep-deprived, and so disconnected from myself that I couldn’t even remember where I’d left my phone half the time.
It wasn’t until I discovered yoga and later the magic of breathwork that things started to change. Little by little, I reclaimed my confidence, started sleeping like a normal human, and actually felt present in my life. Plus, I finally had the clarity to make decisions that aligned with what I truly wanted - like ditching the "safe" life and chasing my dream of living nomadically, riding waves, and helping others do the same.
