Hi, I’m Gillian Moore — a Christian Grief Companion and Support Guide.
I’ve lost both my mum and my sister, and I know the hollow ache and deep confusion that grief can bring. That’s why I’m so passionate about walking alongside others who are navigating loss.
I’m trained in Theotherapy (Level 2), a Christian counselling programme, and I also bring my own lived experience of grief and trauma. My approach is grounded, faith-filled, and compassionate.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me curled up in a quiet coffee shop with a journal, or walking somewhere peaceful by the sea or in nature.
This journey is deeply personal — but you don’t have to do it alone.
