We’re two longtime friends brought together by our shared love of psychology, personal growth, and deep conversations that make you feel seen. This retreat was born from what we’ve both craved in our own high-pressure seasons — not another to-do list, but a space to soften, reflect, and reconnect.
Manuela – Certified Mindset & Mental Fitness Coach
