About Me & Why I Created This Guide
Hi, I’m Elle Rizzo, a Nutritionist, Naturopath, and Health Coach, and the founder of Rewelle.
My journey into gut health began long before I started working with clients. I watched loved ones struggle with chronic symptoms and felt the same frustration when I faced my own issues with digestion, autoimmunity, and skin flare-ups. I was told to “just manage it,” but deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
Training in nutrition and naturopathy completely changed my life. I finally understood how the gut connects to every system in the body, and how small, consistent changes can transform the way we feel every day.
