Open Space

A Sound Journey With Horses
Sundays May 31, June 28, July 19, August 30 at 2 pm

Create space within, and allow vibrations of instruments and horses to meet you there.

We spend so much of our time holding — tension, thoughts, responsibility, noise

This gathering is an invitation to release what you're holding and feel yourself soften.

During this 90–120 minute outdoor gathering, you’ll unwind with a gentle sound journey while horses move freely nearby. Horses have a remarkable ability to regulate human nervous systems, and many people find their presence deeply calming and grounding.

The horses have full agency and choice in how they engage — they may come close or keep their distance. There is nothing you need to do or initiate. You’re invited to simply soften, allow, and receive, noticing how connection can be felt through shared space and subtle attunement, even without physical contact.

If you’re unsure about being in the paddock with the horses, you’re welcome to sit just outside the space. You can still rest, allow, and receive the vibrations of the sound and the presence of the horses.

What to bring: close-toed shoes, comfortable clothes, a closed top water bottle, a journal and pen or pencil. Please leave anything that cannot go in your pockets in the car.

Chairs are provided, or you may bring your own.

Parking: Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to allow time to park and get settled. Enter the farm driveway nearest the Horse Time Sign. Park near the bottom of the hill.

Accessibility: We will sit in circle at the top of a small, grassy hill. The ground is uneven in places. If you are in a wheelchair, your driver can deliver you directly to the circle and you can practice from your chair.

Waiver: You will need to sign a waiver with Horse Time CEC upon arrival.
