Boldly breaking standard conventions, Chloe is an adventurer at heart with a passion for the experience of exploration and curiosity. She is a nomad and lover of our planet's endless diversity of cultures, flavors and creativity. Her instruments of instruction include imaginative movements, breathwork and meditation to tap into our innate strength and capabilities, both inner and outer.
She encourages her students to explore not only their external world, but the vast world that is our own body-mind-soul, and to lean deeper into their own beautiful existence. She is described as abandoning the prescribed book to bravely live life on her terms.
When not on the mat or exploring the mountains she calls home, she loves to explore her creative side through gluten-free baking, fiber arts, writing and travel.
Chloe is based in Gunnison, CO for an inspiring integration of yoga and nature.
This slow flow & restore is your time to release the day, settle back into your breath with gentle movement, and find a sense of support to rest & recharge your batteries as you head into the week’s end.
Because life is inherently in motion, together we get to explore stability within fluidity in a seasonally-inspired practice that taps into our own natural rhythm and flow.

Slow Flow is a mindful, slower paced yoga class that is meditative and emphasizes peace and calmness of body and mind. Poses are held for a longer period of time to teach principles of proper physical and energetic alignment. This means that you can plan on taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. The challenge in the class comes from holding postures for a longer period of time and the simultaneous steering of consciousness to the awareness of breath and movement. Breathing and mindfulness practices are taught in simpler sequences. Slow Flow is a great place to start if you are new to flow-style yoga or anyone wanting a methodically paced class that still emphasizes the connection between breath and movement.
