Next Chapter Notes
You're not lost. You're in transition.
A weekly newsletter for women in midlife who are ready to make sense of this season and start creating what's next.
What You'll Get Every Week
A 3 minute read that helps you make sense of this season no one prepares you for.
A coaching question that helps you reconnect with what YOU actually want.
Honest encouragement from someone who's living this transition too.
If this sounds like you, you're in the right place.
✓ Your kids are becoming more independent, and you suddenly have more time than you’re used to
✓ Something about your life feels different, and you’re not sure what to do with that shift
✓ You catch yourself wondering who you are outside of taking care of everyone else
✓ You feel a mix of emotions—grief, relief, possibility—and it’s hard to make sense of it
✓ You want this next chapter to feel meaningful, but you’re not sure where to start
The truth? This transition is more disorienting than anyone talks about and you don't have to figure it out alone.
What This Isn't
No 5-step formulas or "transform your life" promises
No pressure to journal, meditate, or add one more thing to your plate
No toxic positivity or pretending this transition is all beautiful
I love your Monday e-mails! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I'm Deanna
I’m a certified life coach, a mom of four, and someone who has sat in the space that opened up after years of being needed every day.
I understand the “Who am I now?” question. The mix of relief, uncertainty, and possibility. The reality of having spent decades focused on everyone else and suddenly being faced with your own life again.
I started Next Chapter Notes because I was living this transition myself.
Each week, I share what I’m learning as both a coach and a woman navigating this stage of life—what it means to figure out what I want now, and how to start building a next chapter that feels right for me.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding where you are, deciding what you want, and moving forward with intention.
