Terms and Conditions for Vacation Credit Promotion
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this promotion.
All submissions that are made between September 3, 2025 at 12:00AM and September 17, 2024 at 11:59PM are eligible to win. Winners will be notified around September 24, 2024 via email or DM (if they submitted via Iinstagram).
The $50 vacation credit will not be given to you directly. Instead, it will be credited to your account and automatically applied once you make the deposit on your next qualifying vacation package. The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. It can only be applied toward a qualifying vacation package as described in these terms.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to our privacy policy. We value your privacy and will not sell your information to any third parties. Your information will only be used to communicate with you about this promotion and other travel-related offers.
To qualify for the $50 vacation credit, you must book a vacation package through Three Jays Travel. This package must meet the following criteria:
Theme Park Packages: The package must include hotel accommodations and Theme Park tickets for 3 or more days. Add-ons like Memory Maker, Park-to-Park, Park Hopper, hotel transfers, and Meal Plans can be included but are not required.
Non-Qualifying Bookings: Ticket-only or hotel-only bookings do not qualify, with the exceptions noted below.
Other Packages: Resorts like Sandals, Beaches, and Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa packages qualify as long as they meet the basic package requirement.
Cruises: The $50 credit applies to cruises that are 4 nights or longer.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email.
It is possible to win more than once. The purpose of this promotion is to help as many people as possible. So, if your have more than one question that will benefit future travelers or one of your referrals' questions is chosen, you will increase your total credit amount.
The $50 vacation credit must be applied to your vacation package within 6 months of being awarded. After this period, the credit will expire and no longer be valid. Additionally, the check-in date for the vacation booked with the credit must not be after December 31, 2025.
In the interest of fairness, if more than one person asks the same or a very similar question, and it is chosen for this campaign, all individuals who asked the same question will be rewarded with the $50 vacation credit.
The $50 vacation credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who earned it. It cannot be transferred to another person or account.
If you need to cancel your trip, please note that most suppliers return funds to the original form of payment. In this case, your $50 vacation credit will also be returned to us and not to you. If you rebook within the original 6-month window, the credit will still be applied. However, if you do not rebook within this period, the credit will be forfeited.
