About The Author
I’m a husband and father living in Eastern Washington, and my heart—and what I believe is my calling—has always been to help others find wellness in their minds and hearts. After years of trials, heartache, and mistakes, I’ve arrived at a place where I can begin offering that support.
Release: A Year of Healing Through Tears is my attempt to share a recent personal breakthrough—an experience that changed me—and use it to help others find their own path to healing.
