Part 1 (meditation) is short and calming. Part 2 (Reiki + sound) is longer, so you can properly settle. Part 3 (subliminal) is designed to be played in the background while you rest, unwind, or sleep.
Not at all. This is designed to be a gentle introduction — grounded, simple, and supportive.
Start with Part 1, then move to Part 2 when you have time to relax fully. Use Part 3 for ongoing support — many people listen daily for a week or two. You will receive each session 2 days apart. Giving you time with each before you move on.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating breathing room — and helping your nervous system soften so you can feel more like yourself again.
Many people feel a shift after the very first session. Some feel it during. You don't have to do anything except press play and breathe.
