Hello! I'm Fran
Like many women in leadership positions, I was led to believe that to be effective I had to do and be more… more assertive, extraverted, competitive and dominant; constantly present, proving, pushing and performing.
But what I’ve learned (and what we teach at Nudge) is that the most effective leaders don’t lose themselves in the process, they become more of who they are; and that the most effective organisations create cultures where diverse talent can thrive.
Years later I founded Nudge to help others cut through that noise, using the science of human behaviour to design leadership and cultures that last. I’ve coached women to navigate bias, burnout and breakthrough moments and partnered with HR leaders to shape talent strategies and development programmes that go beyond inspiration into impact.
Now I help people and organisations to think differently about how women rise and how to build cultures that truly support them.
