Yes, we offer flexible scheduling within your 8-week package period. With 28 available session times throughout the week, there are plenty of options.
Standard Rescheduling:
- 24-hour notice required for changes
- No penalty for rescheduling with proper notice
- Sessions expire 8 weeks from purchase date
Medical Rescheduling: For illness or injury preventing training, sessions can be rescheduled with valid medical certificate from registered practitioner. Medical documentation must clearly state inability to participate in physical training.
